Box. Me. Fit. Is an extensive fitness program that’s a cross between boxing, strength and functional training. It is designed to challenge competitors on all levels of my course fitness.

Our extensive program helps lower the risk of high blood pressure, heart disease, stroke, and diabetes. It can build muscle, strengthen bones, burn more calories/bodyfat, and lift your mood.

The BMF program is designed & coordinated by

Hoss with HossFit- The Digital Fitness Clinic and The Cincinnati Trainer the creator of Boxercise

Together they will offer an extensive fitness program to 40 lucky participants 2 times a week for 6 weeks!

HossFit - The Digital Fitness Clinic

Hoss is the founder of HossFit and has been a Coach & Fitness Training Instructor in Cincinnati since 2002. Hoss is a Certified
Personal Trainer, Certified Boot Camp Instructor, and Fitness Coach. He possesses a wide range of active professional training experience in health and wellness programs, with an enthusiasm and commitment to achieve results.

Hoss studied Computer Science at Cincinnati State College & Northern Kentucky University. He also has an extensive technical
background and worked for 26 years with The Procter & Gamble Company and Hewlett Packard as an IT Consultant for Executive Leadership teams.

He now operates HossFit as a full-time entrepreneur. Hoss coined the phrase: “HossFit”! The HossFit initiative is to encourage people to get Healthy & Fit. Hoss’s eclectic lifestyle is what draws his clients in.

The Cincinnati Trainer

Zach is a licensed Professional Boxing Instructor and is certified in Parkinson’s instruction. He leads small group classes and will individualize a safe boxing session for any fitness level one-on-one.

He is the pride of Cincinnati’s rich heritage in boxing. With over 30-years of experience as a professional boxer & boxing instructor, Zach can work with any age and ability level.

Zach was the 1999 Regional Golden Gloves Champion, a 1999 National Golden Gloves participant, 2000 American Boxing Classic Runner-up, 2001 World Toughman Contest winner, and is certified in the “Move it or Lose it for Parkinson’s Disease Program”.

Zach created Boxercise: a safe, effective and fun form of exercise to lose weight and build confidence suitable for all ages and levels of ability. These exercises include cross-fit like routines mixed with the fundamentals of boxing techniques on a low to moderate to high-intensity level.

Participants will receive a Nutrition Guide/Plan, B.M.F. swag, and two amazing fitness programs combined!

We are excited to offer you something that has never been offered in our city! Box. Me. Fit. Is a full
service fitness program that will have participants Boxing and Strength Training their way to ultimate
health! You will learn professional boxing moves with The Cincinnati Trainer, creator of Boxercise, and
power-up those weights with Hoss, a seasoned Cincinnati fitness professional and founder of HossFitThe Digital Fitness Clinic!
We’ll have a Weight loss challenge with an award for the biggest loser, and the team member who
displays the ultimate BOX. ME. FIT. grind will take home the coveted MVP award!
